Her attention turned to India. She missed India. She missed the fragrance of Indian soil (mitti). She wanted to leave even a bigger legacy behind. She visualized an Ashram, like none other. It would be grounded around significant temples. It would also have health and wellness activities. Also, social welfare initiatives would complete the Ashram. But, Her vision was not small. At an age, when most mortal beings think of retiring comfortably, GuruMaa began marching towards Her new vision. But, Her vision was BIG. After some hiccups in Delhi, She arrived in Maharashtra and instantly liked the Palwal property, which had amazing positive vibrations. When most trustees were discouraging Her, She went ahead. Because, She had the Grand Vision.
During my last visit, when I visited Sri Hanumat Dham and saw the construction in progress, I was awestruck. I could not believe the grandness of all the structures coming up. She always tells me that She is going to leave behind a completed project for us, on a platter, to maintain and nurture, just like She did in USA. Despite Her ill health, against all odds, and with not a huge organizational structure around Her, She is moving towards achieving Her vision, slowly but surely. While I was pointing to my corporate and management disciplines, She rebuked me and said that above all is ‘Adhyatmik” or spiritual power. She has complete faith in Her Baba or Hanumanji. She believes that Sri Hanumanji is holding Her hand every step of the way. She will be undeterred in achieving Her vision.
I would like all the readers and devotees to come and see for yourselves. An amazing Ashram is coming alive. This has been possible only because of the single-minded vision, leadership, and efforts of one person – the one and only GuruMaa.
